GIGMIACDG, I'm glad it worked out in the end. Due you have the fare basis of the original reservation? It might be useful to help understand why the SWU was initially denied and how others can avoid a similar situation in the future.
Would love to know that as well to help with the research. The cheapest -N- fare I found did not appear to have the language/condition ("FARE BY RULE") that points to CAT25. There's actually a "FARE BY RULE?" line (shows on EF)-- dunno how/if/when it's populated, or, again, if all this has anything to do with what the OP went through here.
