Any hotel in Helsinki is normally more inexpensive than the Kämp, the only Helsinki hotel not ok'd by our corporate travel policy. Not sure what you mean by a "better deal".
The most central Scandic is the Marski closely followed by the Simonkenttä. Hope this helps!
