I noticed that staying at HIX in North America, you get the little bottled Bath & Body Works shampoo and conditioner, however, when staying abroad, they have those dorm-style soap fixtures on the wall. I asked the manager at the HIX in Singapore about this and he said their brand standard was to have just soap dispensers on the wall and no individual soap/shampoo. Is there any particular reason why they would have it different on different continents?
