As a Mexican citizen you are eligible for a 30 day tourist visa - your hotel will need a copy of your passport page etc. and onward travel plans to be able to sponsor your application - the hotel must sponsor the application locally. A travel agent won't be able to help with this specific visa as it can only be sponsored by hotels.

I think the fee is 250 AED.
