good luck in "forcing" MR to give you retroactive credit for stays you are very aware of do not qualify for same.

I have called the MR line and had them look at two reservations of mine booked with RitzCarlton on the TVL. They very confidently announced that they were eligible for crediting. I called a second time and got the same information. Is it perhaps different for the Ritz Carlton brand?
Or was this bad information and I should just be happy that I noted down the call date and times to force retroactive credit?
