For those that have had bad experience... do you have the green Fido or the black "private client" version?
I have the black version and haven't had any declined charges.... in fact, my first "purchase" was at Target for $1k
I've also maxed out my $15k line with AGC's without a peep.
I doubt there's a difference between the green and black card's customer service... at least none that I have read, though there are very limited posts on it.
I just called them a few days ago about my disappointment that they send me a mail offer of 5k points/500 spend AFTER already having the card and the lady have put a request for me to get that bonus.... we'll see what happens I guess...
