Red circles represent "American, American EagleŽ, US Airways, US Airways Express and/or US Airways Shuttle".

Download it, as has been pointed out, and it's very clear. You seem to have "missed" a lot of the advice.

For anyone hitting this thread in the future, looking to answer the question in the title: Download the route map from the magazine at http://www.ink-live.com/emagazines/american-way and look for the red circles.
