It would really be helpful to communicate that last part to your agents. Today I was trying to make a (full) points reservation and was 15k short (that I'm expecting this week). Wasn't able to make the reservation....

I've since decided to book a paid stay and apply a DSU so I didn't try booking through the website, but it's a bit of a pain.
