Any Idea on what is causing these odd delays?

Morning flight left on time , but arrived 43 minutes late
Late morning flight, left 20 minutes late - was showing a 2+ hour late estimated arrival, but has now diverted to Ankara

Late flight, is now showing a delayed departure of 1:17 minutes, but a delayed arrival of 2:28 minutes?

CCR staff are of no help, other than 'delayed inbound aircraft', but clearly with the excess of travel time, something else is amiss?
