Better food, better drink and better legroom aren't that marginal. The difference between TK J on an A321 and CE on a A321 is stark (with the probably exception of flight safety where TK's record is a bit iffy). However I would say that all of my preferred 4 do better seating that BA, both legroom and general comfort. The BA seats are not awful but a little too firm and too close together.
