Took a few days for mine to go through, from Blue to Silver. If I remember correctly the TPs had posted but the status did not change until the next day. It also went in stages. I know I received my Bronze bonus for some flights in between reaching silver. I also think you can submit a claim for the bonus if your status has changed when it should have done. I have a few flights where I should have received Silver bonus but only received the Bronze one. At least I hope this is the case.
