I just wanted to say that my flight from LGW to MCO on Monday was textbook. We were greeted by name and made to feel welcome. Drinks and meals were served promptly and with a touch of humour where appropriate. The steak which I chose for my main course and my husband's chicken meal were very nice and we were offered drinks with the meal. Dessert was lovely - blackberry and apple slice with blackberry sauce. We declined afternoon tea as we had been served it on a CE flight the day before. However, I did ask if they had a spare blackberry slice left over from lunch time and I was served that which I was delighted with I rang the call bell (first time ever for me) for a cup of tea when I awoke from my nap mid atlantic and this was served promptly and with a smile. I can only say that my CW experience was just what I expected and that our cabin crew were really lovely.
