I know breaking the black hole to get to the right person from tier one support is sometimes difficult but have you tried the United feedback form?
MiTMing traffic is a pretty bad practice.
You might also try contacting Zscaler too - whether or not this is allowable by United's wifi terms is something I'm not sure of, but it's generally a bad practice and they might know who to forward this information to on the United side that would actually know what to do with it.
