No .. because the worst seat aren't installed on the 767s.

For that you need to ride OS' Cripple-7 or one of their Fokkers.

Yes. If you hold an OS ticket or are booked onto an OS flight number you can user the Advanced Seat Reservation. Exit Rows are more expensive (I believe 70 EUR) but I paid some 25 EUR for normal seats.
