Just had a great stay for 2 nights. Update on some previous questions and items. I'm a Platinum Ambassador:

I had two plug adapters in my room. Don't know if that was a fluke.
I received the two different drink vouchers and the wall street journal online voucher.
As mentioned previously, the breakfast is for the member only. One per night. However, if you are staying multiple nights, you can combine them for the same day if you tell the front desk. My wife and I had breakfast at the buffet the first morning (not amazing, but pretty good), and in the mall the next morning (there's a Toast Box as well as a coffee place within 50 yards of the hotel lobby). No need to do it separately.
Plate of fruit on arrival. Several dark chocolates each night with turn down.
One level upgrade. As someone mentioned, they do have a LOT of room categories. Based on what I heard from the front desk, they will upgrade you to the next highest RATE category. Technically, you should be able to find the rate that's just below the room you want and you will probably get the upgrade. I loved our room, even though it was pretty standard, just with a view. I'll definitely go back, but will be booking a higher category next time.
There was also a sheet of coupons for one of the nearby malls in the room (there are several interconnected malls). I didn't use any, but they might be useful for some.
