A small update.

After 2 weeks I phoned ByRequest again and left a message for the woman I initially spoke to.

I received a FORM email from the Tutwiler a week later.

Promises of, "You will hear from the manager in a few days," never surfaced. When I spoke with the ByRequest manager on the phone, she did not address a single issue in my letter.

Wyndham is dead to me... after staying at a Holiday Inn last week. The Holiday Inn was like a Four Seasons compared to Wyndham.
