I was saying this tongue-in-cheek. Yes, I have been to Birmingham. You can't compare a Park Hyatt with a place in Birmingham.
Yes Wyndham isn't a 4* or above, but their people do tend to make things right. I would suggest that in the future after the first night you check into a different hotel so that you're not aggravated anymore.
