Prestige without a doubt. I personally value AA miles at right about the 1.6 cents you get for redeeming TYPs on AA, so 3x is certainly better than 2x. But of course I say that as someone who is sitting on an uncomfortably large pile of AA miles at the moment, so YMMV.
If both are valued at 1.6cents per point, Prestige's TYPs should get the push, since they can be used on ANY AA flight and get miles/points/status.
