That doesn't mean they prepare kosher airline meals. When I flew out of Singapore, my airline meal came from somewhere else (I don't remember offhand if it was Hermolis or Stogel).
When I was in Turkey which has a Jewish community, I definitely received a Stogel meal on UA in Business First (when they still had the EWR- IST flight).
