You can only use the CP after the CP-Holder's ticket has been purchased.

1) Designate your companion.

2) Wait (the website takes a bit) - probably log-out and log-in again - at least 15 minutes.

3) Go to your "My Trips" and you should see a "Add a companion" link for each of your reservations, which you can use to add the companion.


In short, do not cancel your bookings. Just add the companion to the existing bookings.
