Thanks everyone for your suggestions.

I've kibboshed SIN and I will stay in BKK a bit longer and then just fly direct to CGK (which was the next stop on the itinerary). This makes it easier to book BKK-RGN/MDL-BKK on PG, and then BKK-CGK separately on a different date.
