I've got a flight that has the BS A or WGA flights all at "Unavailable" does this mean its sold out or are they just holding back the tickets?

I just got my companion pass and want to use it on this flight. We did purchase a set of tickets prior to this on a different day for the flight, because the price dropped and we wanted to stay one more day I purchased the new flight with the account holder only, CP did not kick in nor have the flight reserved in points. Am I out of luck or do I just need to wait it out?
