back in January, we had a 35 min connection in PHX (PHL-PHX-BOI). Due to strong winds, we were about 15 min late getting in. Since we were in F, we were off the plane quickly and then ran to the next concourse and made it to the gate as they were still boarding.

So, yes it is possible (even with a small delay).
