For those not being LH fanboys (or pure trolls.. best to just ignore..), it seems rather clear that LH just can't get their act together, and it's clearly their fault. It doesn't surprise me much, though. LHs IT has been crap for decades, and putting lipstick on the pig (ie, new website) made things even worse..

For that, and other reasons (For most it won't be any dietary needs ) many have stopped using LH group as much as possible. Of course it's not always so easy when you're living in DACH near one of their big hubs, but whenever it makes sense to pick another airline, I'll do so. The lemon has been squeezed too much by Franz and Spohr by now.. let's see how they can run their business with people having less and less loyalty due to them having none to their customers.. I doubt that LH can win the pricing game against the ME3, TK, or even BA..
