After reading cancellation problems, I rechecked CC bills. I had one reservation and booked two for my family with their own expedia accounts using this. Mine was cancelled, the amount I paid out of pocket refunded, and I got a credit. My father's was resolved with the coupon credit, but the refund never came for his out of pocket portion. 5 minute call today and the refund was (allegedly) processed.
