I used serve to make a in-store purchase, but transaction was cancelled. The charge is showing "on hold" in Serve account and so the fund. Does anyone know when it will become available balance? Do I have to call Serve? or this will hold automatically fall off? (FYI it's been 3 days and still on hold) Please shed some light...thanks.
