Seat problem on Delta Mobile App for 3 weeks
So I'm into my 3rd week of lots of difficulty bringing up my seats on the Delta Mobile app on my iphone 5S....I have an upcoming trip with 6 segments and only 2 flights display the seat maps the 2nd and 3rd legs...I have a friend travelling with me on the exact same 6 flights and all 6 segments will display on my phone with his locator...I've trouble shot it with 2 agents in Dallas one using an android phone and one using an iphone 6 and they get the same issue....we have re-issued my ticket multiple times....so it seems to be a corrupt record locator...as I Diamond medallion I have 15 upcoming trips booked and about 1/2 will not load some of the legs seat maps....I generally have time-out issues with the app with that many future trips but that's been a separate issue...so I've been using it as a guest with just 2 trips loaded at a time...and yes an update just went through on 4/21 and yes i still have the problem...anyone else have this error message..on seat maps "we're sorry"....
