Ah, the infamous Schiphol surcharge. I would try maybe the business park around Schiphol, but I have my doubts about Sunday availability there. Kayak is probably a good starting point for you - I was just able to randomly find a quote for $72, inclusive of taxes and surcharges for two days with Dollar through Holiday Autos.
