I kind of misread what monies were what, but you should get the total you paid, airfare, taxes, fees etc. back minus the cancelation fee. The only money you will be out is the cancellation fee per ticket. When doing the refund they don't delineate between airfare and taxes and fees, it is just a total amount paid including everything minus the cancellation fee.
