Just wondering if anyone has encountered problems booking on AC website. I just tried to book a no restriction Executive ticket and it spit a C class out at me. There may be no restrictions but this is deceptive. If there is no C Class, then you can't just change your flight whenever you want. So how do I book a J class seat on AC's site?

Has anyone bought a C class exec ticket on Ac website and then encountered problems changing. I know there is somewhat more availability now in C class but it is still not close to what it was. C0 is a regular occurrence. Seems to me this would lead to even more hard feelings with the people paying most of AC's freight these days?

I just find this lack of ability to book what I want on the website to be frustrating. One would be better to book any other class (Freedom, Latitude) etc and use upgrade certificates (I have lots), since you can find lots of room in those classes (e.g. U, M) even when C is zeroed out. More flexibility, cheaper etc.

As Ken H has noted, this has to be counterproductive. Some are even buying lower fares to avoid any lottery.
