Quick question on the club level upgrade: Do you have to reserve your room through the Ritz website to use the club level upgrade certificates? Can they be added later through your rewards account? Also, does anyone know if you have to pay for the room using the Ritz card to use the club level upgrade? I'm trying to maximize spend on another card at the moment and just curious how this works since I don't see any verbiage that directly says you must pay for the room on the card to get the benefit.....
