BTW It is not a bad seat, I just do not like the bulkhead

I have been able to change my seat as a BAEC Silver using the Qatar Airways manage booking page. You can also try Finnair.

Note that this only worked for myself, I had to call to the BAEC Silver Line to select better seats for my companions (non status pax).
