Mrs dosser and I are both booked in I class DOH-LHR (QR) LHR-MIA (BA) MIA-SCL (AA) and return with the same. I am BA gold she is silver. Flights were booked and ticketed via AA in February 2015.

I have 2 issues:

1 - MMB is only showing 5 of the six legs (MIA-SCL outbound is missing).

2 - MMB is showing her avios earning a lot lower than mine for the 5 legs (46,051 vs 26,568) but when I individually calculate using the calculator they should be the same.

Can customer services resolve this for me in advance of travel or is it a case of keeping the BPs and arguing the matter after the fact?
