A Qatar e-ticket number should be of the form

157 9876543210

or - if there are many segments requiring more than one e-ticket number:

157 9876543210-11


This latter one equates to two consecutively-numbered etickets: 157 9876543210 and 157 9876543211

For your purposes, just take the 157 and add the next ten digits that appear on your confirmation.
