Its a mix of Long and Short. (Particularly FRA-NCE, MUC-NCE, LCA-FRA, LCA-MUC, CDG-MUC and CDG-FRA)

Honestly, I do not expect any compensation, nor do I expect an apology. I am a grown up, and do not have any illusions of them.

However, what I do expect, is that when I order the special meal on their website, it is there. Or if it cannot be arranged, so that they let me know about it, and we are able to pack some food (looks ridiculous, when the "meals" are served, and someone opens up their own packed lunchbox in "Business Class", doesn't it?).

As for the crew, a totally different story there! LH crew are blunt, most of the times unpolite, and basically treat the passengers as if we were a burden, if we ask anything, they are doing us a favour by doing it. We are their income, for crying out loud! You don't like the job, quit! Go to another industry, or just stay on the ground in the office!

Obviously, sometimes you have really nice attendants, and they make your trip a pleasure. I have seen a lot of crew, that are hospitable, polite, courteous, professional and very nice people in general. But, not in Lufthansa. For me, Singapore, Emirates, Aeroflot and Aegean, are benchmark for crew members.

And yes, I do agree that Paris CDG is a nightmare. And there are worse, but Frankfurt, unfortunately for me, is very well placed and well connected. So I sometimes have no other choice but FRA.

And their business class is a disgrace, btw. Both long and short. But that is a separate story. It can be going on and on and on. If they want to save money, it is not on the customer service that it should be done. Being in the service industry myself, I can tell you that for sure.

Just to summarise, Lufthansa should need to do something about it. It is unacceptable. Either fix it, so we get what we asked and paid for, or just not offer it, so that we are prepared for it, and not expect anything of them. I think it is not too much to ask for.
