What are your expectations for turn down service?
Curious not sure if Hyatt has a standard. At some Hyatt's I get a chocolate on the pillow, new toiletries and some bottled water as well as a room refresh. At other Hyatt's I simply get my sheets unfolded. Which makes me want to ask everyone:
1. What do you expect for turn down service?
2. Does Hyatt have a brand standard for turn down service? In my case apparently not.
