The only other reason, not so far mentioned, for travelling lower deck in CW, is that the CSD works that area. I don't agree with that as a policy, but it does mean you may well get better service down below as a result - however I think s/he can serve either aisle so that bit is a lottery. Unless CIHY is on board I would still stick to 64A or 64K.
