I was looking to try SilverCar at SFO next month. But I am a little confused over how their fuel works. I will probably use about 2/3rd of a tank. Form what it seems to say on their (rather limited) website, you brin the car back with whatever fuel is left int eh tank, they fill it up, and you pay a $5 fee.

Do you pay only for what gas is needed to refill, or for the whole tank? How do I know how much they really put in (versus how much the lot attendant decides to go for a joy ride or get lunch or something)?

How do I know what price they will refill at? Especially by SFO, prices can vary by a dollar or more. What price will they use?
