each way. There is a tariff at LAX, allowing only licensed cabs to pick up. Uber still can't. That's why cab fare almost anywhere out of the airport is so expensive.

Ive done Uber out of LAX from private pickup. I have no idea if it is legal.
Never been there. Next time Im at the Laguna Beach House though, Ill PM you for a swim...if you are wearing a wet or a dry suit, it isn't swimming, its surfing without a board....
