Upper deck is far superior - quieter, more private, more storage for window seats. Upper deck de-planes at the same time as the rest of CW, and can be quick depending on whether 1L and 2L are used, or just 2L (the latter will be slower as some crews will hold back upper deck and main deck rear CW to let F and main deck forward CW/WTP off).
