Hello all,

I'm booked on LHR-ABV next week in J (with a nice 4.40 AM arrival... mmm).

As I was choosing my seat, I noticed that ~50% of seats in the lower business cabin are taken, but on the upper deck only 1 seat is reserved at this time.

I have never been on BA's 747s before but the general notion on FT seems to be that the upper deck is superior in terms of atmosphere and privacy. Could it have something to do with upper deck passengers de-planing later (and thereby spending longer time waiting in line at immigration)? Or just random chance?
