I really feel sorry for you and your wife that the correct food was not loaded.

Are you talking mainly short or long haul travel?

What are you awaiting from LH? A letter where they promise everything will be perfect in the future? That they will try to do their best? Compensation?

Nevertheless I cannot share your view on the behavior of the crews. Of course they are not all up to the same standard and friendliness, but I do not get your point what's the real critic you have.

Not the subject here, but concerning Frankfurt: I may partially agree, but have you ever traveled through Paris CDG? CDG is 1000 times worse than Frankfurt.
