I have been waiting over 48 hours for a bag from LAS thru YYZ to YSJ.
They say they are tracing it. Sent an email to AC and the auto response said I can expect an answer within 25 business days. What?! Seriously, is there a worse company for "customer care" then AC? Well maybe but I want nothing to do with them. I want my bag and my stuff. I need my stuff.
