Chase UR points have the most value when transferred to airline or hotel frequent travel programs and redeemed in those programs. But if you want to use your points for this purpose, 33K points per night is a poor use. At a minimum, you'd be better off redeeming 30.5K points per night for cash/statement credit of $305 and just paying the $305 rate you have.
