Once again, it's the inconsistency of it all that really stands out - as well as the apparent reluctance to push the call bell or whatever. It kind of reminds me of a Paddington Bear story from my childhood where Paddington - in the midst of an overflowing bathtub - calls for help, but quietly so not to disturb anyone!

I have had some recent flights in WT+ as well as J and F where the service levels have been nothing less than flawless and it really makes the flight a pleasure. That said, I would be ringing the call bell or flagging someone down if I needed to. I certainly wouldn't be going thirsty needlessly
