I booked a SAS/United flight on Orbitz and took a chance on what showed as a 1hr 15min connection in IAD (UA3385, SK926). However, the SAS and United sites actually show it as a 1hr 5min layover! (What's up with Orbitz having the wrong arrival time?) Will we make it?

Also, I was surprised that I was able to choose seats on the SK945 return (ARN-ORD), but not the outbound SK926 (IAD-CPH). Apparently, seats are released 22 hours before departure, but I won't be able to check in online with this itinerary, right? Is there another way to snag some seats before airport check-in? I'm traveling with a family of four, so it's important to get seats together.
