It is not part of the Eurozone.
Going omni here, but just by having a piece of real estate on the European continent doesn't make Turkey part of Europe in any sense but geographic.

(just a bit of trivia: Cyprus is not in Europe geographically, but still is a very European country and people. Go figure )
