SV Group, long-time franchisee (e.g. owning the Residence Inn Munich, the attached CY Munich City East and some Switzerland CY-properties) have signed a 20-year lease agreement at Stuttgart airport to open a 176-room Moxy hotel there. Opening is projected for Spring 2017 - given the current execution-speed of Inter Hospitality this may become the first Moxy Hotel in Germany actually opening...while everybody is talking about the Moxy's in Frankfurt (construction has not even begun), Munich (dito - even though several sources I have claim a winter 2015 opening I am very sceptic) and Berlin (unsure, but most likely also no stone so far has been turned), SV Group has a pretty good track record of actually completing what they contract for.
