Thanks for the information. Not sure what a shackle is, but it would seem to be the metal part where the key is inserted. This didn't work for us (the metal part cannot be pulled up or down)….so we simply inserted a small screwdriver into the key slot and turned the slot till it lined up with the red dot; this worked.
