What leg do they have to stand on? We, in fact, had the attendant at pick up note scratches on the back bumper, but left the paperwork in the car... as I always do as long as the attendant receiving does not point out damage. Once the car is received by their agent, it's not my problem what they observe once I've left the premises. If they produce that, it already exonerates me.
